(Agreement) (Explanation of the Email) 1. Please store all Email data on your own computer, not on the server. 2. Each sent or received Email has a maximum size of 5 mega bytes. 3. We do not currently offer Web Email services. (Prohibition) The following activities are prohibited, and will result in termination of your account: 1. Any activities that could damage our Web site or compromise its security. 2. Any activities that contravene the laws of your country. 3. Any use of other member's Email addresses to abuse, slander, or propagate false information. 4. Any other activities deemed unsuitable by legal authorities. (Exemptions) 1. All users are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of their Email address, and for all content disseminated via Email. 2. All costs and indemnities arising from misuse or abuse of the Email system are the sole responsibility of the offending user. 3. iamgreen.net is not responsible for loss or corruption of Email data arising from service interruptions or system malfunctions. It is strongly recommended that users backup all data on their own computers. 4. iamgreen.net is not responsible for service interruptions arising from hardware issues. 5. Contravention of any portion of the service contract will result in immediate suspension of your Email account. (Charge) 1. The first charge is processed as your Email account is registered. 2. Taxes are included in the price. 3. Charges are processed every 30 days. 4. Please pay via PayPal within 10 days of registering your account. Credit card payments can not be processed at this time. (Withdrawal) 1. 15 days notice is required prior to deletion of an account. 2. Monthly charges and refunds are processed via PayPal.
